Hi, I fly into Dubrovnik next week and I%26#39;m staying on Korcula. What is the best way to get from Dubrovnik airport to Korcula? I was going to take a taxi but the cost is huge. I have heard of a Coratia Airlines bus that goes to the ferry in Orebic but then I need to get to my hotel in Korcula.
Is there a bus that goes directly from Dubrovnik airport to Korcula without going on the ferry?
All suggestions are needed :)

I should have mentioned, our flight arrives in Dubrovnik at 11:05am.

There is a shuttle bus from Dubrovnik Airport which you can take to the main bus station in Dubrovnik (make sure you tell the driver that this is where you want to be dropped off)
You can then take the KorĨula daily bus at 3.00 from the main bus station which takes you into the centre of Korcula - you did not say which hotel you were staying in but the majority of the hotels are within easy walking distance from the bus station in Korcula
Good weather forecast at the moment for next week !
Have a good trip !

If you arrive in Dubrovnik on a Saturday or Sunday, that 3:00pm bus is probably you most practical option. I took it about a week ago. Kind of a pain that it leaves so late in the afternoon.
If you will arrive on a weekday, you might consider instead a shuttle operated by the Korkyra Travel Agency. It was not an option for me on a Saturday, but you can call them and ask. If your flight arrives into Dubrovnik early in the day that 3:00 bus may be annoyingly late so Korkyra%26#39;s bus may be a better choice.

We are staying at the Lesic Dimitri and we arrive on Monday. The 3pm bus will be a long wait for us so I will check out the minibus you recommended. Thanks

we have just returned from Croatia and used Korkya minishuttle for a return journey, Cavtat-korcula-Dub airport which included a Saturday. They were great- so convenient and quick

Be sure to CALL the Korkya agency. I emailed them a few weeks before I was in Dubrovnik and they never responded to me. I called them while I was in Dubrovnik, and they said they didn%26#39;t run the shuttle on Saturday. I have since heard that they MAY run it on weekends if there is enough demand - I guess there wasn%26#39;t on the day I called!

During %26quot;off season%26quot; Korkyra only operate their service on weekends if they have enough bookings to fill the mini bus but it does operate every weekday - you can contact the manager - Vlado on his e-mail to book on
info@korkyra.info
Telephone - 00 385 (0)91 571 4355
Fax:- 00 385 (0)20 716 295
They are not too busy at this time of year so he should respond to you quickly

It will be a lot cheaper to use the mini bus service - the time of travel will be the same - the taxi service is good only when mini bus is not available i.e after 2.00pm - the mini bus will collect you from airport and take you to the entrace of the old town (no traffic in old town) to the %26quot;Palace%26quot; - which is an excellent hotel by the way
