ive just remembered what I wanted to ask on here. We are staying at the adriatic hotel in lapad and it looks like its near the beach but also looking at a mad there also looks like there is a harbour, it te beach near the harbour or have I looked at the map wrong (well I am awoen afterall!!!!)
Where are the main restaurants in lapad - near the harbour, any restauarant recommendations

There is a beach at the harbour - small but quite nice. Restaurants are everywhere, many on the walkway down to the harbour from the post office in the town centre.
If you are staying in Lapad, I recommend walking over to the Hotel Neptune for a meal or cocktails at the bar - very lovely view. Or if you are feeling really extravagant, go to the Dubrovnik Palace Hotel for dinner (its the only spot to get sushi that I could find). Gorgeous place. Enjoy!

There are a few restaurants in Lapad Harbor, a couple of the best are something like Blidinje (sp?) and Stare Kuca, a Bosnian place. But, there are many more restaurants on the other side of Lapad, closer to Lapad beach. It%26#39;s only about a 10-minute walk from your hotel, though.
