I%26#39;ve been quoted 20 euros which for a 3km journey seems high?
Can anyone advise and suggest best method of getting taxi.
Many thanks

in june, we had a taxi from Trogir to Seget Vranjica(about 5 km i think), and the cost from the taxi rank opposite the bus station was 100 kuna(about £12)and a taxi from the village to the airport(a lot further than your 3 km) was 200 kuna, alway ask the price first? we also used the bus quite bit, very reasonable

I%26#39;m pretty sure we paid 150Kn from the airport to the market in Trogir. At first the man wouldn%26#39;t take us because he wanted (higher) fares to Split, but he soon came round!
This was expensive for the distance, but very convenient. If you get a bus, it%26#39;s really cheap. The bus stop is not marked at all, but you cross the car park outside arrivals and it%26#39;s a yellow-coloured shelter by the side of the road. There are about 3 an hour in the daytime. We couldn%26#39;t use it because our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late.

Thanks for the info guys most helpful.
I%26#39;ve arranged through my hotel to be collected.
May be expensive but hopefully hassle-free.

In front of the airport, there is a bus station; take N°37 bus and you%26#39;ll be in Trogir in 7 minutes for 10 kuna

It was 12 kuna on the Number 37 2 weeks ago!

Thanks Jude; I thought it was the first zone ticket, or... Promet Split is out of its mind... again ;-)

Thanks to everyone for their help.
I%26#39;m just back from a fabulous week in Trogir.
I chose to pay the 20 euros and whilst I know this was on the expensive side the connivence was great and overall Trogir is not an expensive resort relative to many Euro destinations.
