It can be very mixed - I hae experienced a lot of heavy rain but also a good amount of sun. I wouldn%26#39;t call it hot.

We%26#39;ve been to Dubrovnik many times, all in April. We pack a waterproof jacket, a fleece or two, long pants, good walking shoes and always a scarf and gloves. I take capris, my husband always packs shorts. Last year was gorgeous with temps in the high teens, low twenties, but we have also experienced cold rain, highs in single digits. Best plan; dress in layers, take a brolly, and have a fabulous time. If you check the weather network before leaving home, you%26#39;ll get a sense of the first few days.
