Airport to Lapad

Hello, I will stay in Hotel Kompas, Lapad area. Our flight will arrive to Dubrovnik around 9pm. how much will it cost from airport to hotel by taxi ?? and what about take the shuttle bus from airport to old city, and then take a taxi ??

A taxi from the airport to Lapad should cost 30 - 35 Euro. The bus to Old Town will cost about 5 Euro per person and then a taxi from Old Town to Lapad will be another 8 - 10 Euro. So, for two people, it will be about 20 Euro if you take the bus as opposed to 30 - 35 if you take a taxi directly to the hotel.
