Cilipi Airport to Hvar this SAT after 1440.Is this possible?

SAT 12TH SEP - We arrive in Debrovnik Cilipi at 1440

*is it possible to reach HVAR on a SAT after 1440?

this will expedite my ferry/cat/bus research in planning our last minute 6 night itinerary. I have noted the links in previous post replies and will go to them now...

Elizabeth, you will have to stay the night in Dubrovnik. Next day you can take the bus to Split and then catamaran to Hvar town( or ferry if you don%26#39;t get in time to cat). On Sundays there is also the ferry Marco Polo from DU to Stari Grad on island Hvar(via Korčula . You will get to Stari Grad at 4,30pm approx. and there will be a bus for Hvar( or taxi).

It would be possible,(if it would help save somebody%26#39;s life)to rent a car in DU, drive to Drvenik take the ferry to Sućuraj, and drive to the opposite end of the island to Hvar town.This would be too adventurous.

I think we will overnight DU, and take the Marco Polo Ferry at 10am SUN arriving as you say, at Stari Grad at 1645 and take the bus to Hvar. This works.

I will google your adventurous suggestion as we are sometimes up for a challenge!

If we spend 3 nights on Havr (we need a rest) we could depart on Weds 16th on the Krilo Cat to Korcula at 1815 arriving at 1945 and spend the night.

On Thurs 17th we could go by bus to Du to overnight and explore OR if possible spend our last night in Cavtat.

so, the questions I am online researching currently are -

* is there only one Krilo cat Havr to Korcula at 1815?

* what time does the Bus depart Korkula and arrive in DU on a Thursday? 1545? I believe the Bus arrives near the harbour in DU

* can we then a take a boat from Du Harbour to Cavtat which takes 40mins or a bus?

*How long would it take to drive to Drvenik take the ferry to Sućuraj, and drive to the opposite end of the island to Hvar town do you estimate?

now, back to the forums for me
