We are leaving for Dubrovnik in two days and the weather forecast says chance of rain and thunder storms which put a damper on things since we wanted to do a lot of swimming and hanging out on the beach,so if it does rain we are looking for things to do besides drinking and eating for two adults.We have our fingers crossed and hope the weather people are wrong.

Today was lovely, no rain just a few drops falling early this morning. The forecast mentioned we would have thundershowers all day, but it didn%26#39;t happen. I might add that the sea has begun to cool down, so you may want to have some alternative plans beside hanging out on the beach.
If you are interested in seeing some of the historical sights, may I suggest that you take a look at the Dubrovnik tourist bureau website. This is filled with what is happening in our town on a daily basis. They also give very good descriptions of our churches, museums and you will find the information is up to date.
