We wanted to go from the Peljesac peninsula to Korkula and Hvar, spending one or two nights on either or both of them and then proceding to Split or other town on the coast- but the time of year has reduced ferry schedules on Jadrolinija.
Which other ferry companies take cars to Hvar or Korkula or both? If we can coordinate ferries we would love to spend a day or two on an island.....but we cannot spend 3 nights which the Jadrolinija Marco Polo would require.

There is am all year around regular daily car ferry from Orebic on the Pelesjac penninsula to Korcula - here is the timetable :-

Yes don%26#39;t worry about the Marco Polo schedule. Just drive up the Peljesac and take the ferry across from Orebic and enjoy some time in Korcula.

The ferry port on Hvar is in Stari Grad so when you look for the ferry schedule that will be your arrival and departure port.

I realize that the ferry point on Hvar is at Stari Grad but where might we get an off season ferry to get to Stari Grad since the Marco Polo only runs twice a week?
We can get to and from Korcula from Orebic daily and that is great information.
Do we get a ferry from Korkula to Stari Grad or from a mainland spot?

Take the ferry to Stari Grad from Split. Even in the off-season there should be enough ferries per day to make it work for you.

There is also a car ferry from Drvenik on the coast to Sucaraj on the island of Hvar. Then you would have to drive across the island to get to Hvar Town.

Barry, I understood that Larkav wanted to get to Hvar from Korcula.

But she did ask if there was a mainland spot to get out there, that is why I said things about Split and Drvenik.
