Hi All!!
I am visiting Split, Hvar and Makarska next April. I was hopping the islands in Summer last year and absolutely loved it! So much so, i am taking back a seperate set of friends in April.
Accomodation is not a problem as we will be on a boat, but am a little concerned about bars / nightclubs. We are there from Fri 23rd April until Mon 26th. Will many of the bars / clubs be open? - Carpe diem, Kiva, Verdanda, The Deep.
The tourist board says some will be open, some will not. They also said that local bars will open all year round for residents of the islands.
Help - anyone live on these islands or has been in April???

During the summer everything is opened, especially on the islands. In the winter many places are closed. You should ask this questions directly on the Split or Hvar forum.
