Antonio Apartments Old Town Dubrovnik

This apartment/house is 3 storey situated at the highest point in Old Town around 150 steps to climb. The bedrooms and the linen was very clean.

The kitchenette still had the crockery on the draining board, pans thrown under sink on the floor. Cupboards full of half used condiments and left over half full booze bottles. Drawers were full of private possessions. It seemed like someone had just gone out.

The freezer box unusable, totally iced over. TV had only one english channel - Russia Today! Shower Curtain was black mould and pedal bin still full of rubbish from last visitor.

Downstairs was pretty grubby over all and very small, wont fit 5 people in comfort. It was however very quiet and sleep was very good indeed.

I dont want to be mean about Mr.Antun he was very helpful and kind. Spoke english better than my croatian. He was reliable and helped with our case in the pouring rain for 20 mins. He didnt have to do that.

If you are not a clean freak, spic span person like me then you would be ok here. You need to be fit for all the steps its hard going.

Overall this apartment was expensive with zero facilities, grubby. I honestly think if I had the guts to tell the guy, he would have done a spring clean.
