My husband and I are visiting Dubrovnik for 4 nights 27th June next year.
I have searched through many private apartments %26amp; B%26amp;B%26#39;s and am none the wiser.
Hoping someone with inside knowledge can help.
The MUST HAVE%26#39;s are:
Within Walking distance of the old town (15 mins easy walk - don%26#39;t mid a few steps but not looking to climb a 100)
Air Conditioning
Ensuite Bathroom
and the NICE TO HAVE%26#39;s are:
Within the Old Town
Pool or near beach for an afternoon swim
Balcony (private better but can be shared) with a view
Looking to spend a max. of €100 / night.

You can look at apartments on the internet until the end of time, there are so many of them listed for Dubrovnik. However you can contact Michelle and Andrew of www.dubrovnikapartmentsource.com. They have a large selections of apartments which will fit your needs. I used their services prior to moving here 2 years ago and I found them to be professional and very knowledgeable in the area and their units available. They inspect each property and will have something within your price range. You can give a deposit by credit card and pay the balance directly to the owner upon arrival.
