Hi,
I%26#39;m just a little confused.
Having checked the Libertas Dubrovnik bus timetable it says that buses leave for Kotor/Budva at 10.30, 19.00 and 20.30 with the evening buses running only on varying days of the week.
Can anyone tell me if the 10.30 bus leaves EVERY DAY from Dubrovnik to Kotor?
I%26#39;m reasonably sure it does but if anyone could clear this up for me that would be great, as the timetable does not make this absolutely clear as I want to be certain; just so I dont turn up and get stranded looking for a way to get to Kotor!
Also, if possible, could anyone give me an accurate price for this journey as I cant seem to find prices on the site.
I am also looking for prices of other bus journeys if anyone would be willing to help with that...but I%26#39;ll leave that question for later
Thanks a million, sorry for long post

I think the only day it does NOT depart is on Tuesday. I have been trying to figure out how much tickets are as well and no luck.

actually i looked again and i can%26#39;t quite figure it out - it looks like the schedule was updated. good question!

Not sure if you are going to both Kotor and Budva or can hit both. I thought Budva was more fun and interesting.

10.30 every morning with an additional bus at 05.45 on Sundays.

Thanks everyone.
Yes I%26#39;m going to Budva as well but Kotor first. They seem to have updated the timetable, you%26#39;re right; from what I can see now its saying that the 19.00 bus is every day as well...
As for prices, its very frustrating - cant seem to find them anywhere on the net. any info would be great.

I don%26#39;t know about taking the bus, but I rented a car don%26#39;t remember the model but was a decent mid-size. Had it for 24 hours insurance etc all included was ~400 kuna. Drove that into Montenegro and spent the day exploring. If you%26#39;re going solo a bus may be more cost effective but if you%26#39;re going with others I would drive.
The driving is very easy in both Montenegro and Croatia with the roads in good shape.
Just one caveat, when you drive into Montenegro there may be people trying to sell you an %26quot;environmental tax%26quot; sticker for 10 euros at the border - you do not need this - so just refuse to pay it.

Lonely Planet suggest 120KN to Kotor. Seems a bit low to me!

Hi, We were very confused about bus times to Kotor before we left, I even phoned Simon Calder%26#39;s travel clinic for advice. Having just returned the buses left at 10.30 and 15.00 and took around 2.15 minutes. The cost was 113 kuna one way. We also checked out if we could get a ferry but was told there were only excursions and you had to return that day. Hope this helps.
