Dubrovnik in October- Weather

Hi im travelling to Dubrovnik on the 15 October. Would it still be possible to sunbathe? Also if you can recommend any places to check out that be great thanks:)

Hi we have just come back from dubrovnik yesterday and the weather was hot all week around 24 or 25 so hot enough to sunbath, the beaches are not that great mostly shingle etc but there are places to sunbath on the rocks etc, there are even places near the harbour in dubrovnik to sunbathe. We stayed in lapad so there was a small beach there. Some of the restaurants out side of dubrovnik were starting to close down as the season is finishing soon. where are you staying.

Check the weather forecast! I too was in Dubrovnik last week, it was warm and sunny, and people were out sunbathing for sure. But since then I think the weather has turned a bit cooler there. We are getting a LOT of wind and rain up in Split and I think Dubrovnik also got some rain and has cooled off a bit. But it could warm up again - cross your fingers!

Thunderstorm arrived on this past Saturday, it%26#39;s still raining today which is Tuesday. Average temperature for the rest of the week is between 10 - 13C. I doubt if you will be sunbathing as the wind is blowing from the north also. It is my opinion that our summer is long over and now fall is beginning to end and winter has arrived.

However there is so much more to Dubrovnik than just sunbathing. We have many lovely museums and churches and Dubrovnik is a UNESCO protected town. Just visit the Dubrovnik tourist bureau website and you can find many ideas on how to spend your time here.

We also caught the bus to cavtat which was really nice and then we got a boat accross the habour to dubrovnik. if you need any more advice or specific details let me know

Hi, We have just returned from Dubrovnik and Montenegro. Weather was raining and cold, so obviously can change from 24degrees. Montenegro was slightly warmer, but still lots of rain.
