Hotel Park, Rovinj

We are thinking of going to Hotel Park however my husband is disabled and walks with a stick.

We have heard that there are a lot of cobbled streets, is that just in the old part of the town?

Also i wondered if anyone would be able to tell me if we would be able to easily travel from the hotel to the bus station and habour? Furthermore we wondered if the opposite direction from the hotel, going away from town, is a reasonable walking and sight-seeing opportunity?

Thanks for your help...

Margaret

There are over 100 reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor. I would read through the reviews starting with the most recent and contact a few of the reviewers directly and ask them this question, since they are likely to have recent knowledge of the place. In each review, click on the reviewer%26#39;s username and you%26#39;ll get an option to send them a message.

Yes, they are just in the old part of the town, so for the rest of the town you don%26#39;t have to worry, everything is easily accessible even for a disabled person.

I would go with Hotel Park as it is situated in a lovely area. Like mentioned previously, the cobbled streets are only in the old part and yes, they are tricky to walk on and especially slippery when it rains.

Thank you for replying and your advice about holidaying at Hotel Park.

The hotel is only minutes away from the bus station and the harbour.

It%26#39;s quite a slope up to the hotel from the shore but it is a slope and not steps.

Do try to get to the top of the old town even if it means getting a taxi up and walking down it would be a shame to miss its beauty.

Turning away from the town from Hotel Park offers excellent seaside walks which shouldn%26#39;t be a problem for your husband.

There are planty of places to stop for a rest.

Have a great time!

We appreciate your advice, Thank you, didn`t realise that a taxi would be able to travel up to the top of the old town. My husband would like to do that as he is a keen photographer.
